Lead a Planning & Dairy Analytics organization spanning integrated planning & optimization, market intelligence & risk management, member & commercial insights, and strategic analytics — across a network of roughly 6 billion pounds of milk a year. I own the cooperative's SIOP process end to end and partner with the executive team and board on strategy, education, and the storytelling that makes it land.

Expanded the team to include direct-report analysts and formalized our integrated planning operating model across demand, supply, production, and mass balance. Built the cross-functional market-intelligence function and the analytical storytelling infrastructure that lets leaders decide faster and with more confidence.

Led mass balancing across the supply of ~1,000 member-owners, fluid contracting, nine manufacturing plants, and finished-product demand. Owned commodity forecasting, risk analytics, and scenario modeling — and redesigned the patron premium & hauling programs into equitable, cost-reflective pay structures for nearly a thousand members.

Helped build and implement the cooperative's member base program to support supply forecasting and planning, and led the redesign and consolidation of the patron premium program — a new component pay structure and a fairer milk-transportation cost model.

Owned monthly forecasting of every major dairy and energy commodity, and quantified market risk from member milk all the way to finished-product pricing — the analysis underneath the cooperative's risk-management strategy.

Forecast four major dairy commodities using fundamentals and technical price analysis, supporting risk management, marketing, sales, finance, supply chain, and member relations with analytical decision support.

A competitive high-potential rotational program I joined out of a strong internship. Rotations spanned dairy manufacturing in Tulare, California — my year on a plant floor — and dairy analytics, where I built my first real model on a solids-loss project tied to the very plant I'd just come from.

A Supply Chain Sourcing internship at Land O'Lakes (a raw-material forecasting tool), an overnight CME futures & options seat on CHS's hedging order desk, and an agronomy sales internship at Cargill. The mix that pulled me into ag for good.
